Our supply-only service is designed exactly for that: a direct relationship with the manufacturer, no middleman, and windows that arrive ready to fit.
Who Supply-Only Works For
A supply-only arrangement suits a wide range of trade customers:
- Joiners and window fitters who have their own installation teams and simply need a consistent, quality source of windows at trade prices
- General builders and contractors running projects where windows are one element of a larger scope of work
- Main contractors and developers who manage their own installation resource and need to source windows to specification for multiple plots
- Housing associations and local authorities procuring windows for upgrade programmes, where installation is managed separately
- Self-builders with construction experience who are managing their own project and want direct access to manufacturer pricing
For joiners in particular, supply-only gives you full control over the client relationship and the installation quality. You specify and source the windows, you install them, and you carry the warranty relationship directly with your client — backed by our manufacturer warranty on the product itself.
What We Supply
We manufacture a full range of PVC-u windows in-house at our 22,000 sq ft factory in South Lanarkshire, using Eurocell profile systems. Supply-only customers have access to our full product range:
- Casement windows — chamfered, ovolo, and flush profiles in a full range of configurations and colours
- Sash windows — vertical sliding sash with tilt facility, ovolo profiles, horn options, and period-appropriate detailing for conservation and traditional properties
- Bay windows — square, canted, and custom-angle bays fabricated to your measurements
- Modus premium windows — slim-sightline contemporary PVC-u for high-specification projects
- Aluminium windows — Eurocell Alunet range for projects requiring slim aluminium sightlines and powder coat finish
All windows are manufactured to your exact dimensions and specification. We do not supply off-the-shelf stock sizes — every order is made to measure, so what arrives on site fits the openings it was ordered for. Quality and Compliance
Every window we manufacture meets current UK building standards. Supply-only customers receive the same compliance documentation as any other customer:
- U-value certificates for compliance with Section 6 of the Scottish Building Standards
- BFRC Window Energy Ratings — independently assessed and rated by the British Fenestration Rating Council
- PAS 24 certification — for projects requiring Secured by Design compliance or new-build security standards
- UKCA Declaration of Performance

Lead Times and Delivery
Our standard lead time is five working days from order confirmation. This applies to supply-only orders across our full standard product range. For non-standard configurations, shaped frames, or large volume orders, lead times are confirmed at the point of order. We deliver across Scotland with direct site delivery available — no need for you to arrange collection or hire a van.
